Central Oregon born and raised, Cory is working on his second decade of guiding the Deschutes. Cory spends the majority of his winters fishing and improving steelhead habitat working for the Oregon Fish and Wildlife’s Trout Creek Project. A self-described “dry-fly nut,” Cory has a nose for rising fish and a knack finding new spots where trout like to take a deftly-placed fly.

For over a decade Bryan Huskey has been "home" on the Owyhee River. Friendly, caring and with visible passion for the river and it's surrounding lands, Bryan enjoys sharing and teaching specific details of stalking the rivers large resident trout. With intimate knowledge of the Owyhee's lower "trout water" Bryan teaches our guests often overlooked details of finding, targeting, and catching the rivers largest trout almost exclusively with a dry fly.
As an award winning photographer and film maker, an added bonus of fishing with Bryan is his 6th sense for spotting and pointing out stunning moments of time experienced during a day on this treasured fishery. Our guests not only go home with heart pounding memories of "Hunting" big High Desert trout, but also highly unique photographs capturing the details of their unforgettable experience.
