Lower Deschutes Fishing Report

The Lower Deschutes is back in business, with all boat ramps now open except for the Warm Springs Boat Ramp.

Despite the smoky conditions, fishing has remained consistently good. Early mornings and evenings continue to offer the best action, with caddis and other summer insects keeping fish looking up.

If you've been waiting to get out on the river, now is a great time. Water conditions are in good shape, and with access opening back up, it's an excellent opportunity to experience some of the best summer fishing the Deschutes has to offer.
